Hoyos Baker started inside an operating company that needed exactly this kind of firm and couldn't find one. So I built it.
We started Hoyos Baker because we kept seeing the same gap: owners who wanted a back office that actually sounded like a partner, not a vendor — and almost never found one. We knew what a good back office should sound like, and how rare it actually was. Hoyos Baker is the firm we wished we could have called, built for the owners we now sit across the table from.
Almost half of small-business owners in our market run their businesses in Spanish at home and English at the bank. Most firms ask them to pick. We don't.
