Hoyos Baker started inside an operating company that needed exactly this kind of firm and couldn't find one. So I built it.
Before this was a firm, I spent six years running finance operations for a 40-location restaurant group across the Midwest. I sat through enough conversations with our outside CPA to know what a good back office should sound like — and enough budget reviews to know how rare it actually was. Hoyos Baker is the firm I wished I could have called back then, built for the owners I now sit across the table from.
