How fast can you onboard us?

Most clients are fully onboarded in 7 days. The 15-minute discovery call is day 1; by day 7 you'll have your first reconciled close. If your books need 6+ months of catch-up, we'll quote that separately — but the standard 6 months of catch-up is included.

Do you work with QuickBooks Online and Xero?

Both, plus migration from one to the other if you want to switch. The software license is included in your monthly plan — you don't pay Intuit or Xero separately.

Our books are a disaster. Can you still help?

Yes — that's most of our new clients. Up to 12 months of catch-up bookkeeping is included with any plan. Older than that? We'll quote a fixed catch-up fee so there are no surprises, and you can start your monthly plan as soon as we're current.

How is pricing calculated?

Flat monthly fee based on your monthly expense volume — not transaction count or hours billed. If you grow and need a higher tier, we'll tell you before you outgrow it. You can downgrade anytime.

Can you handle multiple entities or locations?

Yes — class and location tracking is included on Growth, and full multi-entity consolidation is included on Scale. We handle parent/child structures, intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting.

Is the service fully bilingual?

Every bookkeeper on the team is fluent in English and Spanish. Reports, calls, Slack messages — pick the language you prefer, switch any time.

How do I cancel if it's not a fit?

One email. No contracts, no termination fees. You keep everything — your QuickBooks/Xero file is yours from day one. We'll even hand it off cleanly to your next bookkeeper.
